Cara Membuat lampu Led berjalan (Running Led)

Pada kesempatan kali ini, kita akan membahas tentang bagaimana cara membuat lampu led berjalan (running led). Led berjalan atau running led merupakan rangkaian aplikatif dasar yang penggunaannya dapat dimodifikasi sedemikian rupa sehingga dapat membentuk huruf berjalan, gambar atau karakter berjalan dengan menuyusun led sesuai dengan keinginan kita.

Sebenarnya tulisan mengenai led berjalan sudah pernah saya publish dengan bahasan yang berbeda pertama simulasi lampu berjalan dengan visual basic dan program lampu led berjalan dengan Bascom AVR, tapi kedua tulisan ini berbasiskan pemrograman, dan pada tulisan kali ini akan dipaparkan rangkaian lampu led berjalan hanya dengan rangkaian elektronika biasa atau rangkaian konvensional.


Komponen yang digunakan untuk membuat lampu led berjalan (running led)

Pada kesempatan kali ini, kita tidak menggunakan controller yang bersifat programmable seperti mikrokontroler ataupun programmable logic controller (PLC). Kita menggunakan integrated circuit (IC) yang terdapat banyak dipasaran.

Berikut komponen - komponen elektronika yang kita butuhkan untuk membuat rangkaian led berjalan:

1. 10 buah lampu Led
2. IC shift register 4017
3. IC timer 555
4. Resistor 1 kilo Ohm
5. Variabel resistor 10 k ohm
6. Kapasitor 10 p Farad
7. Baterai 9 Volt DC sebagai sumber tegangan

Komponen - komponen elektronika diatas sangat mudah kita jumpai dipasaran.

Setelah komponen - komponen elektronika telah tersedia, kita dapat mulai melakukan perakitan komponen - komponen elektronika tersebut sesuai dengan schematic dibawah ini:

Rangkaian clock dengan ic timer 555 dan rangkaian shift register yang diaplikasika sebagai rangkaian lampu led berjalan (running led)


Penjelasan Rangkaian lampu led berjalan (running led)


IC 4017 merupakan Ic decade counter 10 bit yang keluarannya bernilai high (logic 1) secara bergantian mulai dari low significat bit (LSB) sampai dengan most significant bit (MSB) dengan jangka waktu sesuai dengan timer/clock yang masuk ke dalam IC tersebut, sebagai pembangkit clock kita gunakan IC 555 dengan rangkaian dasar asatable, lamanya clock ini dapat kita atur dengan memutar variabel resistor.

Pada saat rangkaian aktif, IC timer 555 akan menghasilkan keluaran berupa sinyal clock dengan perioda tertentu. Sinyal keluaran dari IC timer 555 ini kita jadikan masukan (input) ke IC 4017.

Dengan sinyal masukan yang berupa clock ini (sinyal logic high 1 dan sinyal low 0 secara bergantian) akan membuat IC 4017 akan mengeluarkan input high yang bergantian dari LSB ke MSB dengan periode tertentu sesuai dengan clock keluaran IC timer 555.

Kita dapat mensimulasikan rangkaian diatas untuk menguji rangkaian tersebut dengan menggunakan software proteus. Bisa baca tulisan berikut: Belajar elektronika dengan simulasi menggunakan livewire.

  2. bisa, tapi perlu tambahan komponen, jadi keluaran dari IC tidak langsung terhubung ke led(atau output lainnya), tapi hanya untuk mengaktifkan transistor, nah transistor yang akan menjadi switching

  6. yang didket IC 555, plg atas ada resistor 1 kilo Ohm terus, variabel resistor 10k dibawahnya ada kapasitor 10 pFarad,

    kalau saya pernah menggunakan sensor tekanan udara
    ini kan gak perlu pakai Rangkaian Power Supply cukup pakai battery aja.
